The Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County began in 1959 when 25 builders saw a need to organize in order to better represent the interest of the home builder on issues that affect our ability to provide affordable housing for all citizens of Wake County. Since then, the HBA has grown to over 2,600 members and is the third largest and one of the most active local home builders associations in the country. Our membership represents approximately 90 percent of all housing starts in Wake County.

Sustainable North Carolina (SNC) is accelerating the adoption of principles and practices that optimize economic prosperity, social responsibility, and environmental stewardship throughout our state. Our network of professionals from business, nonprofit and government is generating innovative strategies and tools to help North Carolina prosper indefinitely.
